Senior Vice President, Customer Experience
Jon joined Vistaprint in July 2003 and has played a crucial role in the company’s success through his leadership of various teams spanning technology, marketing and product innovation. In 2003, Jon managed the opening of Vistaprint’s first customer service center in Jamaica.
Since 2013, he has been responsible for Vistaprint’s global customer service strategy and operations, and oversees a service team of nearly 2,000 people. He also leads the Product Design team which is responsible for the customer design experience on the Vistaprint website, and the Digital team who develops the online product line including websites and email marketing. In addition, Jon oversees Vistaprint’s internal innovation lab which is focused on discovering new business models and proving their ability to drive customer and revenue growth.
Before joining Vistaprint, Jon spent 7 years working in technology consulting for various consulting firms in the Boston area, including Accenture, focusing on customer application development. Jon earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer in 1996.
