22-city road trip kicks off this week in Massachusetts
Waltham, MA (June 2, 2016) – This week, Vistaprint is launching Vistaprint on the Road, a 25-week tour of the United States in a 40-foot branded recreational vehicle.
Over the course of the 25 weeks, the RV will visit 22 cities in 18 states to learn more about small businesses and the way they market themselves. Small business owners will be invited to come on board to consult with Vistaprint employees on a variety of topics like design, digital marketing, finance, and much more.
Knowing there is no replacement for face-to-face communication with customers, this tour will get employees in front of small business owners to get instant feedback on new products, campaigns, our website, etc. With these learnings we can determine how to best help small business owners and create the products and services that will be most useful.
“As an online company, Vistaprint employees rarely get the opportunity to meet customers and learn from them, so we’re taking to the road to do just that this summer,” said Trynka Shineman, president, Vistaprint. “I love any chance I get to interact with small business owners, and this is truly going to be a unique experience we will never forget.”
Visitors to the RV won’t leave empty-handed. In addition to being armed with an arsenal of design and marketing advice, there will be hundreds of product samples, free giveaways, and the ability to take a complimentary professional headshot.
The 22-city tour kicks off in Waltham, Massachusetts, across from the Vistaprint office, followed by Arlington, Massachusetts; Hartford, Connecticut; and Washington, D.C. To see whether the Vistaprint RV is headed to a town near you or for more information, visit www.ontheroad.vistaprint.com.
